Thornbury Central Otago Pinot Noirs strike Gold!

We may have just freshened up our labels but there's obviously no need to freshen up our great range of wines.

The NZ International Wine Show 2011 was held recently and 2080 wines from all over the world were lined up for the lucky judges to evaluate.

We were rapt that two of our wines received prestigious Gold medals:
Thornbury Central Otago Pinot Noir 2009
Thornbury Central Otago Pinot Noir 2010

Our wonderful Thornbury Waipara Riesling 2008 also impressed the judges picking up a Silver medal. If you're yet to be converted to the joys of Riesling this is a lovely wine to start the journey.
